Lose weight and improve your health.
The number one reason why diet plans fail is that they are too limiting and can only be adhered to for short periods of time. The success in losing weight and keeping it off is to have a plan that includes food you enjoy and a practical way to keep your body in shape.
- Eat half. Try to eat half the portion and save the remainder for later. That will give your body a chance to feel full before loading in unnecessary calories.
- A taste. When treating yourself to sweets or fats eat only a very small quantity and you can enjoy the flavor without the guilt.
- Eat protein at every meal. This will equalize your blood sugar levels and prevent after meal fatigue.
- Prior to exercise have a snack. A little food in the system will stimulate your metabolism and enhance the effects of calorie burning during exercise.
- Healthy snacks. Try to accompany fruits with proteins. Eat a few nuts with the apple or a scoop of yogurt with the banana, delicious and satisfying.
- Improve your body’s ability to digest. Eat warm cooked foods to stoke the belly fire. And try to avoid meals that are completely raw foods.
- Exercise regularly. Try and walk outside 30-45 minutes a day. Find a sport or activity that you find enjoyable and commit to participating each week at least two times.
- Keep a food journal. Keep track of what you eat and drink and your energy level. Pretty soon you will see what foods make you feel good.
- You need to find foods that help increase your energy and shape your body to reach your goals. No one plan will work for everyone.
