Delicious Vegetable “Slaw”

You will need:
Fresh Asparagus, sliced into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
Bok Choy roughly chopped
Carrots thinly sliced
Radish chopped
2 stalks of scallions thinly sliced

To Do:
Blanch asparagus, bok choy and carrots
Put in bowl with the rest of the ingredients
Add the juice of 1 lemon and olive oil to taste
Add a few drops of sesame oil and salt for flavor
Garnish with sesame seeds
Enjoy!
